Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.Send an email to info@goodtimescreativeco.com with the subject line "Damaged Item - Order #[Your Order Number]" and include the photos and a description of the damage.

 

We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

 

Processing Refunds:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
